Admission Process – User Manual 2026-2027
Step 1: Registration on e-Samarth Portal
1. Visit the e-Samarth Admission Portal. (URL – muugadmission.samarth.edu.in.)
2. Click on New Registration.
3. Enter your mobile number, email ID, and other required details.
4. Verify your account through OTP and create a password.
5. Log in using your registered credentials.
Step 2: Fill the Online Admission Form
1. Complete your personal, academic, and contact details.
2. Upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
3. Review all information carefully before submission
Step 3: Select the College
While filling the admission form, select:
College Code: 1235
College Name: Zadgu Singh Charitable Trust’s Thakur Specialized Degree College
Applicants are advised to verify the college code and name before final submission.
Step 4: Submit the Online Application
1. Confirm all details entered in the form.
2. Submit the application online.
3. Download and save the application form and acknowledgment receipt for future reference.
Step 5: Visit the College for Offline Admission
After completing the online admission process, students must visit the college campus for document verification and completion of admission formalities.
- Original copies of all academic documents.
- Three set of self-attested photocopies (Xerox copies) of all documents.
- Online application form printout three sets
- Passport-size photographs (3)
- Aadhaar Card and other ABC ID documents,
Step 6: Fill the College Admission Form
1. Collect and fill the college admission form.
2. Submit the completed form along with the required documents.
3. Complete fee payment and other admission formalities as instructed by the Admission Office.
Important Instructions
- Keep your registered mobile number and email ID active throughout the admission process.
- Upload clear and legible copies of all required documents.
- Bring all original documents for verification.
- Admission will be confirmed only after successful document verification and payment of fees.
- Retain copies of all submitted forms and payment receipts for future reference.
